Residents already struggle to access the A140 because it is so busy. More residents will just make this more difficult and dangerous. There are no pavements west of the railway line and street lighting is poor making foot journeys from the A140 to this site dangerous. Children returning from Schools in Norwich by bus have to cross the A140, which is fast and busy, and very dark in winter with no protected pedestrian crossing and very poor lighting. The village is not suitable for increased numbers of family dwellings.
