I object to this proposed development in the strongest of terms. This proposed development would undermine and degrade an area in THE WENSUM VALLEY, BEING A SPECIAL AREA OF CONSERVATION AND SSSI- The proposed development would diminish the character of the area which is a haven for wild life and habitats; and set a precedent for further development in this environmentally sensitive area. The proposed development would further congest Taverham Road especially at peak times and would place an unacceptable strain on local schools and health services and infracture.Childrens safety would also be further compromised. undermined.
