Representation Summary:

I understand that it is proposed that up to 150 houses will be built on this site despite previous assurances that this land will be preserved for recreational purposes which Brundall is extremely short of. The infrastructure of the village does not lend itself to further development either in resources or in the ability of the roads to take on, what could be, up to 100 or more cars. The difficulty in accessing the A47 at certain times of day has been well reported and will not be helped by further private cars. Brundall has expanded greatly in the last 20 years but unfortunately the facilities have not kept pace. I would urge the planners to reconsider any further plans for housing and give Brundall back its heart.
