Representation Summary:

I am strongly opposed to the construction of any further housing within the Sneath Common/Sneath road vicinity. When we moved into this area over 30 years ago we had a local shop, in addition to the local pub. Since then this has disappeared, the bus service is poor, to say the least, the village school is already full to capacity, the roads are already in a dire state in places. And the extension to the Maltings has led to a large increase in traffic which has exacerbated the problem further! There are neither street lights nor foot paths. As such I propose that there are far better places to build future homes that are far more suitable. This is good agricultural land and always has been, Although the extension to the local plan is limited on this occasion this will set a precedent for further development requests in the future.

If allowed the works required to local infrastructure would be disproportionately large in relation to the housing gained.
