The entrance to this site is very narrow and situated between residential properties and not suitable for regular traffic. The sewage truck uses it on occasion. School Lane is also a narrow road and there are currently pedestrian highway safety issues as School Lane is too narrow to accommodate a footpath.
This site floods and was excluded from previous S.Norfolk Local Plans due to the flood risk and other issues.
