Representation Summary:

For the following reasons the proposed site would have a very negative impact on the local community and detrimental impact on the natural environment:

1. Lack of infrastructure. Negative impact on schools, doctors and other local services which are already overstretched. Taverham Road is a very busy road early morning and early evening - school times. Increased traffic would make this more dangerous for children and other pedestrians.

2. Irreversible damage to Wensum Valley - flora/fauna. I believe this area should be protected as a site of special interest. Macks Lane is a well-used social amenity (walkers/dog walkers/Taverham allotments).
