This is an enormous proposal and would turn Spooner Row from a village into a town. This would require significant infrastructure improvements as currently, the village relies on low-standard country roads, on-going flood risk problems throughout the village and a poor communication network. This proposed settlement would need significant investment for new community facilities and public transport rather than just creating a mass of new homes and little else.
