The sites identified in the village of Fersfield would have a large impact on the environment. Loss of greenbelt, increased CO2 from traffic and light pollution to name a few. Power and phone are all on overhead cables. The sewage plant is near capacity. Flooding regularly occurs here. The road is an old airfield access road which is very narrow places. There is no school and no public transport. Nearest amenities are 2 and half miles away.
