The site is outside the village development boundary and absorbs more good quality agricultural land. Great Plumstead is a service village and is already adding over 30 dwellings to the community on Church Road and Rosebery Road. There are existing traffic concerns and roads are inadequate with limited public transport provision. There are also concerns about surface water flooding and sewer capability. All in all a site that is poorly serviced and could only add to existing problems and concerns.
