There exist many sites already allocated within the GNDP and the Growth Triangle. This is an example of speculative proposals occupying agricultural land and suburbanising the NE of Norwich without adequate master planning, adequate service provision or adequate infrastructure. Road access would be from a cul de sac road. At the present time the Salhouse Road proposals sites e.g. GT7, remain un-coordinated and inadequately serviced by road or foul drainage, with real concerns about the effectiveness of SUDS proposals in the area given the flooded lagoons of the NDR. A site adding to the despoliation of Norfolk.
