New, Revised and Small Sites

Representation ID: 18146

Received: 09/12/2018

Respondent: Mr Andrew Cawdron

Representation Summary:

The site area is defined and would appear restrained. It therefore arrives at the point of whether the economic, environmental and social gains are worth the loss a further green field site. Employment close to village of residence is evidentially to be encouraged and there is an existing track record of considerate development. The road network remains an issue for any expansion in the Plumsteads, particularly if requiring HGV support. I serve on the Parish Council with the Applicant and therefore must declare that interest. On balance therefore neutral about this site expansion and expect heavy environmental consideration.
