Taverham road is narrow - increase in traffic will be very hazardous and risky for our elderly residents and young school children who have no alternative routes to use.
Detrimental effects on the natural Ecology of the area and nearby Wensum valley in which it is situated. This area is of significant scientific interest and importance to the whole country.
Mack's lane walk -only one in this area will be negatively affected.
Over stretched Local services -GP/Dental services, schools, care-homes-will be negatively impacted further.
Adverse effects of flooding/runoff water-will increase.
The natural beauty of the area will be destroyed.
