Destruction of a well known beautiful view currently considered a public amenity, rare if not unique, in its scope.
Weakening of Taverham community seperate from other encroaching developments as green gaps become filed.
Further pressure on Taverham Rd passage already stretched (witness current school drop off and pick up choas)
Poor access on to Taverham Rd which in spite of humps is a rat run.
Increasing danger and frustration for motorists as a result of potentially adding an additional 140 vehicles to the mix.
Increasing danger for pedestrians from the above, exacerbated by the lack of footpath in some areas
