The sites would completely change and spoil the rural nature of this village. There are no facilities such as a shop or schools, there are single lane roads which cannot handle more traffic, the there is no mains sewage and any 'treatment plants' available will struggle to cope in the low-lying area. One field is a wet meadowland which should not be built on as it is liable to flooding. A 40% increase in the number of properties is too much for any community. The proposed houses near the farm will be inundated with flies. The infra-structure is not there.
