There are limited facilities in the village of Topcroft already being used to full capacity - limited bus service, no mains sewage/gas, limited internet - narrow road system -already havoc being caused to verges as cars try to pass - the site proposed has a risk to flooding - there are already houses for sale that remain unsold - this site would ruin the traditional treasured appearance of the village - infill of houses not required.
