I object to this application for the following reasons:
Topcroft has limited facilities already stretched to accommodate those living in The Street - narrow road, no sewerage, slow internet, limited bus service - there is no village shop- Very limited employment in the village therefore more houses = more cars = greater pollution. The area proposed is at risk of flooding. This development would destroy the natural beauty of the village. There is no requirement for infill development as there are already houses available for sale that remain unsold.
