Far too large a development for a village the size of Swainsthorpe .
Access to the proposed site is on a sharp bend in the centre of the village. This will create further traffic problems to the ones already experienced as a result of the increased flow of traffic from the new housing developments in Mulbarton.
The village is fast becoming a 'rat run ' ....and sad to say an accident waiting to happen !
