This proposal is most definitely out of scale with the existing village of Spooner Row and will have a detrimental effect on the village and the quality of life of the residents. Good arable land lost again resulting in total urbanisation. The roads simply cannot cope with additional traffic, bearing in mind that Station Road is a route for HGVs. Many other villages have had unsuitable development thrown at them, and it is unrealistic to determine that Spooner Row should also be party to that excessive urbanisation.
