Representation ID: 18387

Received: 10/12/2018

Respondent: Mrs Marion Playford

Representation Summary:

Why should this field be developed? It is prime argicultural land and is part of the wider rural landscape in South Norfolk. It would not enhance nor give the village of Tivetshall St. Mary any character. The village does not have facilities to cope with such a large development and is counter-productive to Government policy to allow development on open farmland. The site is part of a heritage of a Common which stretched from Bonds Road to the the A140 with a postmill in Tinkers Lane. To make this site viable huge infrastructure costs such as sewer, roads etc. Object.
