Reference proposal, my deeds that go back to 1800, out of my cottage then it was Common Land up to the old Roman Road (A140). There was a postmill in the centre of the area of the site. Local people had their right to graze livestock and glean firewood. It has always been prime farmland even after the Enclosure Act.If this proposal is carried the complete sewage system would have to be rethought with major upheavals. Each property would have the potential of 2 cars. This will change the environment which at present is a pleasant area.
