As per JCS - Other village -proposal is not very limited infill
Proposal says it will support services in Swainsthorpe although there are none
As per NPPF - Does not reflect and retain local character
As per JCS -Does not protect and enhance character of the area
As per GNLP -Development should be on brownfield/industrial site not greenfield
Loss of green, open space
Loss of productive arable land
As per GNLP - does not reduce need to travel for staff/customers
Destroys landscape
Congestion on A140 - compromises safety/increases pollution
A140 access during construction
Increased traffic on A140 delays emergency vehicles
