I think we need to encourage the development and sales of state of the art agricultural equipment and the idea of a big sales hub in South Norfolk seems like a good idea but not at the cost of prime agricultural land. Using this land would be like to shooting yourself in the foot. We are short of good farm-able land.
To use this land for an office and sales hub is akin to growing Dingle weed (A Revolutionary Rotational Crop that once grown can be woven into a cloth used to protect the young dingle weed crop).
