Disappointing ,speculative,unpopular site. Setting an irreversible precedent:the development of all land south side of Taverham Road( outside settlement boundaries) up to and perhaps even beyond Mack's Lane.This is arable land nestled in the valley course of the River Wensum, a priority habitat designated SAC and SSSI. The importance of and pleasure that this landscape gives all is documented.
The site encourages "unspecified"back-building and "cherry picking." Mack's Lane is an amenity for all;hikers,families, dog walkers. The applicant informs that he intends to use Mack's Lane. How? Please reject this site as offered. A more responsible,environmentally and neighbourly friendly submission is possible.
