I believe this development is inappropriate because;
Dangerous junction to A140 and overload of traffic
Wildlife/birdlife :eg loss of habitat for barn owls and skylarks etc.
Hickling Lane at risk of use for tractor trials so ruining it for dog walkers, horse riders and ramblers
Will permanently change nature of area from rural/residential to commercial
Spoil the view on the approach to Norwich from countryside to buildings creating the impression of urban sprawl
Light and noise pollution issues for village
No benefit for the village
