Representation Summary:

Inappropriate site for Industrial development due to amount of traffic which is often at a stand still. Not appropriate for such a small village. Transferring green field site to industry would be a blight on the landscape. All for promoting farming and understand other sites are available so why is a big reputable company doing this!!

I was born in the village of Swainsthorpe as were my parents and grandparents. I come from a family of farmers who respect the wonderful life of living in the countryside. I find this development heartbreakingly sad ,this land has been harvested over generations to give food for people and animals. This is not an appropriate site for Industry, other comments supporting this development have stated about promoting farming but I feel this isn't a way forward there must be more industrial, appropriate sites for this business, I suspect it involves money as that's usually the case!. Please think twice Ben Burgess please don't take this green field site for industry. the A140 is extremely busy and Swainsthorpe village is a beautiful English Village which has limited facilities this development would be a blight on this very pretty landscape.
