-Site is under parish of Horsford and both remote from it's centre and gain the financial benefits while Hellesdon facilities would take the brunt of population increase.
-Reepham Rd is a class 'C' road and as identified in NDR the only road in Hellesdon for traffic increase which the proposal further increase.
-This a popularly used green space for dog walkers and right of access to Drayton without having to negate unpaved main roads.
-Proposal needs to be considered in wider context and not in isolation. Combined with GNLP0332R & GNLP0333 & GNLP1019 leaving no 'Green' space break between Hellesdon/Horsford/Drayon.
