-Although in parish of Horsford this directly impacts Hellesdon residents Green space which is already below the National Green space average and its facilities.
-Site is in the airport safety zone, according to AAIB (Air Accidents Investigation Branch) reports there have been several incidents at or near the airport.
-Reepham Rd is a class 'C' road and as identified in NDR the only road in Hellesdon for traffic increase which the proposal further increases.
-Proposal needs to be considered in wider context and not isolation. Combined with GNLP0332R & GNLP0333 & GNLP1019 leaving No 'Green' space break between Hellesdon/Horsford/Drayon.
