Representation Summary:

This development would have a huge negative impact on Swainsthorpe village. It would increase the volume of heavy industrial traffic on the A140 and would generate light, noise and emission pollution - in the summer months this could even be through the night.
It would be disastrous to set a precedent of allowing agricultural land along the A140 to be used for industrial development. This could ruin the countryside and agriculture in the area.
There are many more suitable sites for this type of development in the area where the benfits could be gained without such a negative impact.
