Respondent: Mr Joseph Casey

Representation Summary:

Inappropriate to develop an industrial facility on this land. Sound, light and air pollution would likely be an issue but paramount concerns are: profound detrimental impact to the beauty and character of the village and this Norfolk landscape from such a development (clearly evidenced by aerial views of existing Ben Burgess facilities) and dangerous precedent this would set; the total impracticability of access to such a facility via the A140, which would exacerbate problems for a road that is frequently heavy congested or even at a stand still. Please do not allow these green fields to be filled with concrete.
