The proposed developments in and around Hellesdon are unreasonable and disproportionate. Having regard for the agreed development at Hellesdon Golf Course, we feel that the further proposed developments are absurd. Hellesdon doesn't have the infrastructure in place to cope with this further level of development that is proposed. I genuinely fear that the impact upon the area would be catastrophic.
