we waited a long time for this amenity. Our area is short of such places that are usable by local old / disabled people. This has been in constant use for very many years by local people, young and old. Every time someone new comes along and decided to build on it we have all this HUGE fuss. It is not available for building as it is a safety margin for the airport. For goodness sake check past records.
Please do not take these much needed and much used much appreciated facilities from us. We should be your main concern as your own people.
