I am very concerned that although the site submission is dated last March I have not received any official or unofficial notification of this even though the proposed site borders our garden. Another concerned neighbour brought this to my attention otherwise I would still be completely unaware.
The submission does not specify the number of houses but mentions affordable housing. A later informal comment proposes only ten high quality detached houses on a site of 12 acres. This is not affordable housing and with no number on the submission villagers fear the objective is to build many more.
