It is incorrect to say that access is good - it isn't. Visibility turning onto the Street would be poor. The Street is getting ever busier with parked cars which will often block the view leaving the access road. Extra traffic would change the character of the village. This site would also spoil the walking area commonly used by many who live in the village. I welcome development in the village but not here. Development would be best located at the Bramerton end of the village so that extra traffic from the Norwich direction does not reach the Street.
