We wish to oppose the proposed development GNLP2501 for the following reasons:
Environmental - the detrimental effect on what is part of the Wensum Valley Special Area of Conservation and SSSI. There is also concern about potential flooding.
Infrastructure - the pressure on school places and local doctors surgery is already very high.
Traffic - the level of traffic outside St Edmunds school at drop off and pick up times is already severe and a potential serious hazard to life. Taverham Rd is already a busy road without pedestrian pathways on some sections of the road and poor lighting.
