We are neighbours to the land at Trees Farm. Our small water meadow is adjacent. I am well aware that the land in question is part of the flood plain for the beck, and is home to a wide variety of wild life. This is clearly old common land, and has been left undeveloped due to its proximity to the water. The historic school and chapel buildings can only really be appreciated by viewing them across this undeveloped space. The beck in front of our house already suffers from sewerage overflow without the further substantial sewerage output of this development.
