I object to this application because it outside the village permitted development area of Swainsthorpe. The access to the site exits on to double bends on Church Road, which will cause further danger to traffic and pedestrians opposite a village green with a children's play area. Swainsthorpe has no facilities, and adding another 20 houses is absurd, the site itself is waterlogged for most of the year and further flooding will no doubt affect the existing properties on Church Road.
