I object to this application as the site is outside the village permitted development boundary, and with the proposed 20 houses there will most certainly be at least 40 extra vehicles having to travel through the village to access the already congested A140 road. Church Road is currently used as a 'rat run' from residents of Mulbarton which does not help the already busy junction with the A140, causing vehicles having to wait up to 6 or 7 minutes to be able to get out onto the main road. As this site is west of the main Norwich to London railway line, it is likely to cause further congestion and danger at the railway crossing.
