I object to both proposals. Primarily I do not believe Topcroft is suitable for further development. Topcroft is a small village with minimal infrastructure and amenities we have had some social housing built recently and most of the uptake for these has not been from the local community. We have several properties that have been on the market for a considerable time. Whilst there is a need for development it is important for us to create some balance and retain some small villages to maintain an important characteristic of rural norfolk life
