As for site 2063 this is at the centre of the village where people and cars merge to access the few facilities- shop/PO, GP swimming pool ( private but rented out for hire). Bus stops here. Many mobility scooters and elderly people in vicinity who cross the road to get to the shop or GP on other side. Parking is already a problem but contained with current level of residents.
Village poorly served by infrequent bus service making car ownership a necessity. People on low incomes cannot afford to commute to work development would be suitable only for high income.
