Respondent: Mrs Tracey Bocz

Representation Summary:

Swainsthorpe is a small rural community with limited infrastructure and access to the A140. The village has a strong history which remains to this day. Any development within the village must have regard given to access and ensuring that the village does not become just another large scale housing development which would eventually link the village to Norwich some 5 miles away. I have fears that allowing development in the village will open the floodgates to other larger developments which will ruin the character of the village and have consequences for current residents.
