Part of the site was allocated for 5 dwellings in the previous South Norfolk local plan. The area agreed is in flood zone 1 and therefore suitable for development. I support this proposal. However I don't support the current proposed extension to the agreed because it is in flood zone 2 and would represent an over development in a rural river valley that is at risk of flooding.
