Fails to conform with agreed Parish Development plans for all housing to grow organically from the church and the school.
Adequate provision for additional housing already identified in Church Road with 15 houses given planning permission and a site identified for up to 40 more.
8-10 houses would probably round the corner into Plantation Road and give rise to new proposals.
Sewage system already overflowing in the Street, in the bathroom of a nearby house and in gardens as far down as Halfway Farm.
