1.The development's access will discharge traffic onto an already narrow carriageway with a single very narrow footparh. Wide vehicles have particular difficulty on the adjoining section twards Drayton requiring one vehicle to run with two wheels on the footpath. Any Increase in traffic on this section is unacceptable.
2/.The access may requre large visibilty splays which will involve adjoining landowners who are not happy with the development.
3. The density of development propsed is totally out of keeping with the surrounding development.
4.The visual impact from the sensitive Wensum valley will be detrimental.
