A Transport Assessment has been undertaken and demonstrates that safe access can be achieved. This will address concerns with the narrow access identified in the HELAA scoping assessment. The application will also be supported by specialist reporting to address ecology, site drainage and potential landscape impacts associated with the proposed development.
