Inadequate access due to Drs Surgery, access to flats and garages. Road infrastructure not in place for increase to traffic it is already under pressure and used as a rat run to avoid A146. It is at the most congested part of the village due to shop, doctors surgery and bus stop which are also used by neighbouring villages. There is no path on this side of the street so pedestrians have to cross the road. Drainage/Sewage is up to capacity. This backfill development is out of character for a linear village and will encourage urban sprawl. Object Strongly.
