This is a large proposed development. We do not have the infrastructure in place within our village to support what will bring a huge and sudden influx of new residents to our tiny village. We have no shops, no post office, no school. The A140, which is the main transport link to Swainsthorpe, is already a very busy road - it is poorly maintained and there is queuing traffic at peak times. A building development of this size would cause a great deal of unacceptable noise, mess, and chaos to our peaceful community.
