This site should be opposed. The access is unacceptable, unsafe for pedestrians and cars alike. The volume of traffic would create additional problems leading onto the Fakenham Road, which is already heavily congested and turning right towards Norwich can be dangerous. Drayton already has major flooding problems and this proposed development will create far more flooding problems for the village. In addition to this, the extra pressure put on schools, doctors surgeries etc would be unsustainable. TN
