Strongly agree with all reasons put forward objecting to development on this site and any other site in the Valley outside the settlement boundary to the South of Taverham Rd. This particular site may well be attractive to land developers/builders, but being positioned (as it is ) directly below Norwich Airport flight path would not be attractive to house buyers
