It appears that the countryside is fast disappearing as is the wildlife, all very concerning. Arable fields are needed to grow crops to feed an increasing population. I strongly object to using green field sites for building.
The proposed 20 houses will bring more cars onto roads that are already struggling, the occupants will want access to doctor's surgeries and schools. These services are not coping with the demand. We are encourage to decrease our carbon footprint; by building more houses will increase the carbon footprint in the area.
