Small village with limited facilities unsuitable for expansion on this scale. Roads narrow and unsuitable for increased traffic. No footpaths along Street. Limited bus service. No sewage system. Proposed development straddles busy farm entrance and driveway with heavy farm machinery and large lorries moving around the site and adjacent roads. Lorries already have difficulty negotiating the entrance to the farm causing damage to properties and verges along the street. Policy 16: "The open areas to the front of ... Trees Farm .. recognised for their importance in contributing to street scene and rural character " - this would be lost.
